食品科学专业本科生微生物学的教学方法

摘    要:微生物学是一门不断发展的学科。微生物学课程理论和应用性强,与食品生产、销售和食用等环节有着密切联系。结合我校食品专业的传统优势,对微生物学教学方法进行了总结和探讨。有效的多媒体教学和引导式教学在微生物学的课堂教学以及对实验内容的精心选择和实验方式的创新,有利于加强学生对理论知识的理解和科学思维能力的培养。

Abstract:Microbiology is an ever developing discipline.As one of the core courses of undergraduate study in food science,microbiology education is both theoretical and applicable.Besides,it is closely related with food production,sales and consumption.In combination with the traditional advantages of food science major in our university,this paper discusses and summarizes some teaching approaches of microbiology and holds that effective multimedia and guide-oriented teaching models in classroom teaching of microbiology,careful selection of experimental content,and innovation of experiment ways are beneficial for students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and cultivation of scientific thinking ability.
