韩国小学教师培养与培训模式初探——以晋州教育大学为中心的考察

摘    要:韩国对于小学教师的培养和培训工作十分重视,近年来在这方面取得了显著的成效并显示出自身的特色。以韩国晋州教育大学为例,在韩国小学教师培养和培训过程中,特别注重综合素质的考查,课程设置既重基础培养又重专业提高,教师资格证书制度管理严格,同时建立健全了依托在校教育的教学实习制度和注重实效的教师聘用制度,这些对我国小学教师的培养和培训都是有益的启示。

Abstract:Korea pays great attention to educating and fostering the primary school teachers.In recent years much progress has been achieved in this aspect with its own characteristics.This paper aims to take Jinju National Educational University as an example to make some research on Korean educational characteristics.The characteristics refer to the emphasis on comprehensive ability,the certificate system focusing on both basic and professional progress,the teaching internship system based on education in universities,efficient employment system and others.All mentioned above would be a great help and beneficial to the cultivation of the elementary school teachers in China.
