| 摘 要： | 学校依法治校其实质是依法办学，促进学校和师生权益的实现，推动教育事业发展。当前，我省有些学校在实施依法治校过程中仍然存在诸如教育法律法规体系不够完备、存在空白，依法治校观念薄弱和民主精神缺失等许多问题和不足，应该有针对性地采取一些措施进行弥补和改进。

| Abstract: | The nature of administrating a school by law means running school affairs according to the law, so as to improve the realization of the rights and interests of teachers and students and push forward the development of education cause. At present, there are a lot of problems in carrying out the education laws and regulations, which are deficiency of system, weak legal concept, and the lack of the spirit of democracy. Thus we should take some effective measurements to make up for it. |
