| 摘 要： | 针对石梁河水库当前存在的一些制约因素，提出构建现代水库管理体系、合理配置库区资源、增强水库调蓄能力、抓好水库水污染防治、恢复灌区及周边相关工程标准等时策措施，以促进水库的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In the light of some restrictive factors for Shilianghe Reservoir, the paper put forward countermeasures to promote its sustainable development concerning construction of modem reservoir management system, proper allocation of resources, enhancement of regulation and storage capacity, prevention of water pollution and restoration of irrigation districts in and relevant engineering standards around. |
