渐进式心理放松训练对于降低江苏男子花剑运动员焦虑水平的效果的研究

摘    要:对江苏男子花剑的10名一线运动员进行了2个多月的连续的渐进式心理放松训练,结果显示,渐进式心理放松训练对于降低男子花剑运动员的躯体焦虑和特质焦虑水平的效果非常明显;在离赛事还有较长时间时,渐进式心理放松训练对于降低男子花剑运动员的状态焦虑的水平有效果,但并不明显。

Abstract:This study carried on 2-month-long progressive relaxation training on 10 Jiangsu male fleuret team members.The results revealed: long-term relaxation training has obvious effects on relieving somatic anxiety and trait anxiety of male fleuret team members.If it's long before important matches,long-term relaxation training has(but not obvious) effects on relieving state anxiety of male fleuret team members.
