| 摘 要： | 开放存取运动的兴起直接导致了基于开放存取的学术信息服务体系的形成。基于开放存取的学术信息服务体系由开放存取资源提供者、集成式增值服务提供者、图书情报机构组成。文章对这些组成部分进行了较为详细的剖析,并探讨了开放存取学术信息服务体系的特征。

| Abstract: | The initiation of open access movement has resulted in the establishment of open access scholarly information service system.The open access scholarly information service system is composed of open access resources providers,integrated value-added service providers and libraries.This article gives a detailed analysis of the three parts;the characteristics of the system were also discussed. |
