校外教育师资队伍存在的问题及思考

校外教育是我国教育事业不可缺少的重要组成部分。几年来,宁波市校外教育事业迈上了一个新的台阶,但校外教育师资队伍建设仍存在着不少问题,如师资引进缺乏规范的准入标准,教师缺乏现代教育教学理念和能力,教师培训缺乏系统长期规划等。要加强校外教育师资队伍建设,通过制定师资队伍建设目标,开展教师职业道德教育,重视骨干教师培养,完善教师培训制度等措施,提高师资队伍整体水平。

Problems and Reflection on Teaching Staff Construction of Out-of-school Education

Out-of-school education is an indispensable part of national education.In the past years,Ningbo out-of-school education has developed to a new stage,however,there still exists the problem of the teaching staff construction such as the lack of standard in introducing teachers,few modern teaching notions and abilities,non systematic teachers’ training.To enhance the out-of-school teaching staff building there are ways： setting a building goal,launching professional moral education activities,paying attention to backbone teachers’ cultivation,improving teachers’ training system,raising teaching staff level.
