鼻渊通窍治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的体会

摘    要:目的随访儿童分泌性中耳炎常规治疗及常规治疗基础上联合中成药鼻渊通窍治疗后的恢复情况,探讨儿童分泌性中耳炎有效的治疗方法。方法将2009~2012#-在我科就诊的儿童分泌性中耳炎病人共110例进行随机分成两组,其中55例为常规治疗组,另一组55例在常规治疗的基础上联合中药鼻渊通窍治疗,比较两组疗效。结果单纯抗生素激素治疗组和联合鼻渊通窍加抗生素激素治疗组的有效率分别为52.87%和74.36%,两组比较有统计学差异。结论联合鼻渊通窍治疗比单纯常规治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效好,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective Based on the conventional treatment of Pediatric Secretory Otitis Mediu, the research is aimed to probe into a more effective therapeutic method with a reference to the recovery cases of the application of Biyuan Tongqiao Granule.Method The 110 SOM patients who were treated in our department from 2009 to 2012 were assigned into two groups randomly. One group of 55 patients was treated with the conventional method, while the other was treated with the application of Biyuan Tongqiao Granule combined with the conventional therapy. Result The effective rates of the conventional group with nothing but antibiotic hormone therapy and the other group combined with the application of Biyuan Tongqiao Granule treatment are 52.87% and 74.36% respectively. Clearly,the comparison of them is statistically significant. Conclusion After a thorough and prudent survey, a conclusion is safely drawn that the conventional treatment with the association ofBiyuan Tongqiao Granule is much more effective than the conventional therapy to cure Pediatric Secretory Otitis Mediu.
