GABA胚芽乳卫生指标的检测

摘    要:该实验以GABA胚芽乳系列产品为原料,测定了其蛋白质含量、脲酶浓度、总固形物含量、菌落总数和大肠菌群,结果表明,蛋白质含量为3.25%—4.50%,脲酶浓度为阴性,总固形物含量为10.0—17.1 g/100g,菌落总数和大肠菌群均符合国家标准,说明本批次产品具有较好的安全性,消费者可以放心食用.

Abstract:In this experiment, with GABA germ milk as raw materials, its protein content, the urease concentra- tion, the total solid concentration and the total number of bacteria and coliform were determined. The results show that the protein content in the GABA germ milk is 3.25 - 4.50%, the urease concentration is negative and the total solid concentration is 10.0 - 17. 1g/100g. The number of Coliform accords with the state provisions.
