高职院校资产经营公司的现状及发展策略研究——以浙江某高职院校为例

为规范学校校办企业管理,防范企业经营风险,确保国有资产保值增值,国家通过组建高校资产经营管理公司的方式来理顺现有的校办企业管理体系。以浙江某高职院校为例,就企业定位、制度建设、法人治理、人才培养、绩效考核五方面进行研究分析,在此基础上,提出了建设性的解决对策,以期促进高校资产经营管理公司的效率提升。

Analysis on the Present Situation and Development Strategy of Assets Management Company of Higher Vocational Colleges --Taking one Vocational College of Zhejiang as an Example

Recently our country has organized asset management companies in colleges for the aim of regulating the school-run enterprise management,guarding against business risks and ensuring the value of state-owned assets. This paper analyzes the five main factors of business position,system construction,corporate governance, personnel training and performance assessment. On the basis,it puts forward constructive countermeasures to promote the corporate efficiency taking one vocational college as an example.
