高职教师职业倦怠与主观幸福感研究——以九江职业大学为例

摘    要:研究通过问卷调查,得出以下结论:1)高职教师的职业倦怠情况不明显且主观幸福感得分高于全国常模。2)不同性别、不同教龄高职教师在主观幸福感、职业倦怠及其各因子上不存在显著差异;不同年龄教师在职业倦怠、情绪衰竭和主观幸福感上存在显著性差异;不同职称教师在主观幸福感、职业倦怠、情绪衰竭、低成就感上差异极其显著。3)高职教师主观幸福感与职业倦怠、情绪衰竭、去个性化、低成就感存在显著的负相关。

Abstract:Survey has found results as follows: 1) Higher vocational teachers don't have obvious burnout and their scores on subjective happiness are higher than average national level. 2) Job burnout and subjective happiness don't see obvious difference among higher vocational teachers of different sexes and school ages; job burnout, mood failure and subjective happiness have seen great difference among higher vocational teachers of different ages; job burnout, mood failure, low achievement and subjective happiness have seen tremendous difference among higher vo- eational teachers of different professional titles. 3) Subjective happiness has obvious negative correlation with job burnout, mood failure, deindividuation and low achievement among higher vocational teachers.
