礼与法作为传统法律文化特有的现象,有着各自独特的内涵,又有着紧密不可分割的联系。在其发展演变过程中,虽有对立,但融合始终是主流。二者的融合自汉开始,中经魏晋,至唐其融合基本成熟与定型,明清时期这种融合得到了进一步的发展。礼与法的渗透与融合构成了中华法系最本质的特征。

Relationship of Law and Propriety from the Perspective of Traditional Legislation Culture

As the specific phenomenon of traditional culture,law and propriety have their own unique connotations and affiliation.During their evolution,opposition exists but integration is the mainstream throughout.The integration began from the Han dynasty,through the Wei and Jin Dynasty,to the Tang Dynasty reached maturation and stereotypes foundationally,and get a further development in the times of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The penetration and integration between law and propriety have constituted the most essential features of Chinese legal system.
