| 摘 要： | 教育实习是高等师范院校师范教育专业的重要教学环节,是强化师范生教育实践技能,适应中小学新课程改革和实施素质教育的有效途径。为保证其顺利实施,教育实习基地的建设必须全面改革。本文从实习价值观共赢化、实习过程体系化、实习基地多样化、实践课程设置全程化,探讨适应基础教育课程改革的实习基地新模式。
