| 摘 要： | 建筑策划以"合理性"作为判断的标准,在开发项目设定后,对其方法、手段、过程和关键点进行科学分析研究,得出定性、定量的结论,为建筑设计提供科学而符合逻辑的依据,以保证项目完成之后具有较高的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益.

| Abstract: | Rationality is a criterion of assessment in architectural program guidance.After a development plan is set, scientific analysis is conducted on the method,the process and related key points.The qualitative and quantitative conclusion derived from the analysis provides a scientific and logical basis for the real estate development,which ensures high economic,environmental and social benefit after the project is completed. |
