| Abstract: | t's frequent occurence that wrong decisions ponalize off-side in the football game,The authrs of this paper have studied how to improve the accurary of penalizing off-side,how to make the coach and linesman comprehend the game laws,and linesman should chase the place accurately,look both men and the ball, penalize off-side or on-side in order to decide the chance of holding banner up and so on. |
