| 摘 要： | 经济全球化是当今时代发展的主要特征和趋势。它对世界各国都产生了一定的影响，从人类的历史来看。经济全球化时代的到来有着其自有的不可避免性，对于发展中国家来说，这既有利又有弊。如何面对这把不可忽视的双刃剑，是摆在广大发展中国家面前的一个难题。
