| Abstract: | Starting with the analysis of the phenomenon and reason of the difficult situation of employment of professional training students, this paper points out that there exist serious problems of cultivating object, teaching contents and teacher＇s quality. In addition, the paper offers the following ideas to solve those problems： refreshing ideas, strengthening the development of majors and course construction, perfecting inner mechanism of management. |
