| 摘 要： | 安史之乱后,随着中央财政权力下放,出现了中央财政地方化倾向,这使中央和地方的财经关系发生了深刻的变化。分析中央财政地方化现象,阐明中央财政地方化产生的原因,有助于理解中晚唐以后地方经济发展的历史过程。

| Abstract: | After insurgency of An Lushan and Shi Siming, with the central government delegating its power to lower level, there appeared the localization of central government finance, which caused the great change of the relationship between central and local government. This paper analyzed this phenomenon, its causes, and its effects on the local economic development. |
