略论我国弱势群体的成因及政策选择

近些年来,我国的社会政策在支持弱势群体方面起到了一定作用。总的说来,当前我国的社会政策呈现出不平衡、补偿性、配套性、政治动员的特点,没有形成整合的社会保障制度和社会政策体系,影响了社会政策的效果。基于此,分析了改进社会政策的方向,以对弱势群体给予更有效的支持,对构建和谐社会提供有力保障。

Causes of the China's Disadvantaged Groups and the Policy Options

In recent years,China's social policies in support of the disadvantaged groups play a certain role.Overall,the current social policies show some characteristics such as unbalance,compensatory,and coordination of political mobilization.It is lack of integration of the social security system and social policy system that affects social policy results.Because of this,the authors discuss the improvement of social policy direction to the disadvantaged groups to offer more effective support,on the building of a harmonious society with strong support.
