| 摘 要： | 加强高校的学风建设是高校改革和发展的一个永恒主题。西南联大办学成就给我们的启示是:当代高校学风建设必须充分发挥学生在学风建设中的主体作用;充分发挥教师在学风建设中的主导作用;完善规章制度,加强教学管理;加强校园文化生活建设,优化育人环境。

| Abstract: | The construction of the style of study is not only a basic task but also a complicated system engineering in a higher institution of education,it is also an important index that judges the standards for running schools.Strengthening the construction of the style of study is an eternal theme of the reform and development of higher school.This article summarizes from the southwest United Nations General Associated University achievement,that the university must bring into full play the students'subjective roles and the teachers' leading role in the construction of style of study;and perfect rules and regulations,strengthen teaching management and the cultural life construction of the campus as well as optimize and educate students'environment. |
