| 摘 要： | 建立直接进样、共沸蒸馏气相色谱（GC-FID）法测定地表水中吡啶含量,在优化的条件下,曲线浓度范围在0.01-2.0mg/L,吡啶响应值与浓度有良好的线性关系,灵敏度高,最低检出浓度达到5μL。本方法具有预处理简便、不使用剧毒试剂、分析速度快等优点。相对标准偏差不大于6.4%（n=7）,回收率为88%～106%。

| Abstract: | The method to determine the content of pyridine in ground water based on GC-FID by Azeotropic Distillation has been presented.The detention limit of this method is as low as 5μg/L,which can meet the requirement for ground water monitoring. |
