| 摘 要： | 40只雄性新西兰大白兔制成骨关节模型,随机分成实验组和对照组。造模后每天训练所有模型活动一小时,距离约40m左右,2w后向实验侧关节腔内注射0.5ml生长抑素溶液（含生长抑素250mg）,作为实验组;向对照侧膝关节内注入盐水0.5ml,作为对照组。每周一次,连续4w。造模后笼中饲养,任其自由活动。于造模后12w抽取实验动物关节液后将其处死,取关节软骨及滑膜进行组织学观察,用放射免疫方法测定关节液中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的含量。与对照组相比,生长抑素组可见软骨破坏减轻,滑膜炎症得到明显抑制。生长抑素注射于关节腔内可以使得关节液中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的含量增加,关节软骨的破坏得到减轻,滑膜炎症得到控制,从而延缓骨性关节炎的发展。

| Abstract: | To observe the effects of intraarticular Somatostain（SS） injection on treatment of rabbit osteoarthritis. 40 male New Zealand white Rabbits were randomly divided into experiment group and control group after the model of OA established.The change of cartilage or synovia and Superoxide Dismutase（SOD） content of synovia were observed by histology or radioimmunology.Somatostain can relieve the inflammation and increase the SOD content of synovia.It can lighten the generation of the cartilage and alleviate the pathology of Osteoarthritis. |
