| 摘 要： | 工程造价管理将进入完全的市场化阶段，根据投资主体变化和价格取向变化的要求，询价制度和综合管理费率将进一步完善，工程造价咨询机构和行业协会也将进一步完善。工程造价将建立以市场价格为主的价格机制并与国际惯例接轨的管理体制。

| Abstract: | The management of Engineering cost will be completely marketable very soon. According to the variation of the invest-institution and the price standard,the management of Price consulting system and the composite,as well as the engineering-cost consulting institution and the vocation association will be future improved. The Engineering-cost will produce market-centered price system and form the control-system which associate with the international formula. |
