汽车工程专业人才培养研究

人才培养应依据学生自身的特点,随着大学教育从精英型向普及型的转变,高校生源发生了较大变化,可高校在制定培养计划时仍沿袭以往的教学理念和方法,与实际脱节。文章分析了目前汽车工程专业人才培养中存在的一些问题,提出了提高学生理论知识、实践创新能力和熟练操作技能的措施,以满足社会对应用操作层面的技术型人才的需要。

Research on Talents Fostering of Automobile Engineering Course

Talents fostering should be executed according to the characteristics of students.With the transition of campus from elite type to popular type,there has been a big change in the source of university students.However,the educational plans,which were established following the prevenient conceptions and methods as before,are not correspondent with practice.In order to meet the requirement of practical and technological talents coming from society,in this paper some problems presently in the talents fostering of automobile engineering course are analyzed firstly,followed with the presentation of measures for enhancing the academic knowledge,innovative ability in practice and experienced operational skill.
