| Abstract: | Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishments for Public Security is much concerned with people's daily life.It has made a lot of consequential amendment on new things or new problems occurred in our social life after the promulgation of the law,and sets forth legislative thought concerning being people oriented and people's opinion from seven aspects. |
