溶剂法聚苯乙烯/粘土纳米复合材料的研究

摘    要:介绍了采用大分子溶液直接插层有机粘土制备聚苯乙烯/粘土纳米复合材料合成技术.实验结果表明:聚苯乙烯大分子链在柠烯溶液中有着极好的溶剂化作用,与改性有机粘土能够发生有效插层作用,同时粘土剥离物增强材料可以纳米级尺寸均匀分布在聚合物基体.阐述了插层剂选择及有关阳离子表面活性剂分子修饰原则及合成原理以及重点讨论了聚合物溶液直接插层原理及热力学条件和影响因素。

Abstract:Polystyrene/clay nanocomposites have been prepared by polymer solution directly intercalating organic clay. The results show that polystyrene macromolecular chains have good solvent effect in limonene solution, it can take effective intercalation and reinforcement made of stripped clay uniformly distribute on the polymer matrix in the size of nanoparticles. Choice of intercalation agent, molecular modification principle of positive ion surface active substance and synthetic principle of polystyrene/clay nanocomposites are interpreted. The principle of polymer solution direct intercalation, thermodynamic conditions and influence factors are discussed.
