| Abstract: | This article analyses the necessity and argency of the reform of the party and state's leader system, and summarizes the ideas and practice of Deng xiao Ping's on the party and State leaders system.First,the establishment of leaders principles.Seacond,the abolishment of life-long leadership system.Third,the innouation of the issue of successor.Fourth,the theory of the central collective leader group.On the basis of it,it points out the historical and practical significance of the reform of the party and state's leader system. |
