| 摘 要： | 推动和加强任职教育工作是当前军事院校教学工作的重大任务，只有正确把握教学思路，才能真抓实干。本文提出任职教育工作的重心在于认真落实“三大任务”，即培养复合型军事人才、建设综合型培训平台、瞄准科技型现代战争，力争做到“两个贴近”，即贴近教学、贴近部队，努力实现“一个目标”，即构建院校与部队一体化。

| Abstract: | The important task of military academy teaching at present is promoting and strengthening position-oriented education, in which the first thing is exactly gasping the teaching way. Carrying out "three tasks" in real earnest is the keystone of on the post training, which contains cultivating comprehensive military talents, constructing synthesized training platform and aiming at scientific modern war. Striving for "two approaches", which consists of approaching teaching and army. Trying to achieve "one goal"... |
