Analysis of Competitiveness of Nansha Port Among Cluster of Ports at Pearl River Delta

This paper employs practical indicators to analyze the competitiveness of Nansha port in contrast to its key competitors and draws a conclusion that Nansha port should strengthen its capability of service if its core competitiveness is to be stepped up.To achieve this goal,as a logistics center,it is imperative that Nansha Port lure forwarders into cooperation by both proper promotional strategies and a clear and specific positioning,and improve infrastructure in terms of informationization and customs clearance.
