刚玉类砂轮对轴承钢工件磨削表面质量的影响

针对生产中存在的轴承钢工件淬火处理后磨削表面质量不易保证这一实际问题,分别使用刚玉系列的几种砂轮磨削淬火轴承钢工件,测量出了工件表层的显微硬度、表面粗糙度和波纹度,并且以此来评定了各种刚玉砂轮磨出的工件表面质量的状况。同时,在每种砂轮的磨削过程中,还测量了磨削力、砂轮表面形貌和磨损的变化情况,分析了各种刚玉砂轮影响轴承钢工件磨削表面质量的机理。

Influences on Grinding Surface Quality of Bearing Steel Workpieces Made by Corundum Wheel

For the practical problem it is difficult to ensure the grinding surface quality of bearing steel workpieces after hardening treatment during production,respectively use several grinding wheels of corundum series to grind hardened bearing steel workpieces,measuring the microhardness,surface roughness and corrugation of workpiece surfaces,and thereby evaluating the surface quality of the workpieces grinded by various corundum wheels.At the same time,measure the grinding force,grinding wheel surface shape and abrasive changes during grinding of each kind of grinding wheel,and analyze the mechanism of influences on grinding surface quality of bearing steel workpieces made by various corundum wheels.
