| 摘 要： | 在太平工业区总体规划的基础上,根据工业区所处的地理位置和特点,提出环境规划应遵循系统性、生产力、舒适度和保护流溪河水质及其大气环境和水环境的目标值,计算出污染物的排放量并进行优化,同时对工业区的噪声、环境绿化以及固体废弃物提出规划方案和控制对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the overall planning of Taiping Industrial Zone, and its geographical location and characteristics, this paper presents the environmental planning principles of systematization, productivity, comfortableness and protecting the water quality of Liuxi River, and the targets for protecting the atmospheric and a aquatic environments. The controlled amounts of pollutants' discharge are calculated and optimized. Planning schemes and controlling countermeasures are also given for noise, environmental afforestation and solid waste. |
