| 摘 要： | 高校肩负着培养人才、科学研究、服务社会的重任,构建和谐校园是指师生之间的和谐、学生之间的和谐、教师之间的和谐。构建和谐校园有利于青年学生的身心健康成长,有利于教育事业的全面发展。构建和谐校园的方法有多种多样,但总的方针离不开以人为本这一根本性原则。

| Abstract: | Institutions of higher education are responsible for cultivating talents,undertaking scientific researches and serving the whole society.Harmonious environment in institutions of higher education includes good relationships between students and techers,students and students,teachers and teachers.A harmonious environment is crucial for the development of young students' physical and mental health as well as successful education.There are many ways to construct harmonious schools,but the general principles can not depart from people-oriented the fundamental one. |
