| 摘 要： | 现代休闲理念认为,休闲是一种生活方式,是反映人们生活质量高低的重要指标。通过对土家族村落休闲文化的现状考察,分析了影响土家族休闲活动的社会因素和经济因素,并针对休闲文化中存在的不足,提出了改进土家族居民生活质量的应对措施。

| Abstract: | In the modern leisure idea it is thought that leisure is a way of life.And it reflects the status quo of the quality of life.Through the investigation of the status quo of leisure in the Tujia nationality village,this paper analyzes social and economic factors affecting its leisure activity,and based on of the insufficiency existing in the residents' leisure of this village,initially proposes to improve the quality of life of the Tujia nationality residents in terms of social and economic factors. |
