| 摘 要： | 根据2002年8月国家教育部颁布实施的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的精神,以"健康第一"为指导思想,充分发挥课外体育活动这一体系的特殊功能。采用问卷调查法、文献资料法对学生课外体育活动的情况进行调查分析,提出适合普通高校学生课外体育活动的相应对策以及对体育课程整体发展的一些可行性的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the Syllabus for the Teaching of Physical Education in General Colleges and Universities in China enforced in August,2002 by the Ministry of Education and guided by the principle of Human-being Oriented,Health First,this thesis investigates the extracurricular physical activities through questionnaire and studying the references,aiming at constructing a pragmatic and scientific mode of extracurricular physical activities fit to the students in colleges and universities and proposing feasible measures for the development of PE. |
