| 摘 要： | 高校扩招 ,地方经济发展不平衡 ,社会整体吸纳毕业生的增幅不大 ,用人机制不健全 ,是造成新时期师专生思想政治工作难做的客观原因。寓思想教育于就业指导 ,加强心理咨询 ,培养学生一专多能 ,重塑师专生的自信心 ,应是师专学校学生思想政治工作的侧重点
