阿玛蒂亚·森的发展理论研究

对于处在社会转型期的中国而言,我们既要正视改革开放三十多年经济快速发展带来的诸多经验教训,又要借鉴先进的发展理论思想指引前行。不同于我们长期以来坚持的以经济增长为核心的发展观,阿玛蒂亚.森的发展理论的核心思想是人的实质自由,而政治自由、经济条件、社会机会、透明性保证、防护性保障五种工具性自由是实现这个目标的有效保障,这样的发展思路和方式有助于实现人的实质发展。

The Research about Amartya Sen's Theory of Development

During the social transition period,China not only should draw lessons positively and negatively from the high speed economic development in the past thirty years,but also should learn from some foresight development theory so that to go forward steadily.Differs from the traditional development point of view based on the core of economic growth that we hold for a long time,Sen suggests a focus more on what he called substantive human freedoms,accordingly,there are five effective ways by which human society could get the substantive development,viz.Political freedoms,economic facilities,social opportunities,transparency guarantees and protective security.
