| 摘 要： | 从夫妻财产制的立法形式——法定财产制与约定财产制两方面入手分析婚姻法修正案中夫妻财产制立法的优点和不足,提出应进一步完善婚姻法修正案中夫妻财产制,使之法制化、规范化,为我国婚姻家庭法走向国际奠定坚实的基础。
