| 摘 要： | 西南方言是北方方言的四大次方言之一，是湖南的第二大方言，也是一种内部一致性较高的方言，几乎涵盖了湖南怀化所有的县(市、区)。因此，通过对怀化市教师普通话水平测试状况的分析研究，揭示其存在的主要问题，探究其对策，以便更有效地指导该方言区人对普通话的学习。
