| 摘 要： | 通过对2000年悉尼奥运会和2001年我国九运会女子蹦床运动员参加决赛的录像统计和分析及相关文献研究,显示优秀女子蹦床自选成套动作的动作选择具有一定特点和规律,存在一些典型的连接。在此基础上提出改善成套动作编排的一些建议。

| Abstract: | By investigating and studying the video of the women's personal trampoline finals in the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games and the 9th National Games and relative materials, the authors find out some characteristics and features in choosing movements and there are some typical combination ways. The authors also offer some advice on how to improve the arrangement of routine motions. |
