基于超效率DEA的城市知识资本利用效率评价

在界定城市知识资本内涵、结构的基础上,构建城市知识资本利用效率评价指标体系,并运用超效率DEA法对样本城市知识资本的利用效率进行评价分析。研究结果表明,东部地区城市较中西部地区城市具有明显的知识资本利用效率优势,其中尤以深圳的知识资本利用效率最佳。此外,珠三角地区城市的知识资本利用效率普遍较高,反映了知识经济时代城市间合作所产生的"多赢"效应。

Evaluation on Utilization Efficiency of Urban Intellectual Capital Based on Super-efficiency DEA

Based on the illustration about the connotation and structure of urban intellectual capital,evaluation index system for utilization efficiency of urban intellectual capital is constructed.Then super-efficiency DEA method is used to evaluate and analyze utilization efficiency of sample cities' intellectual capital.The results show that eastern cities have obvious advantages over central and western cities.Particularly,Shenzhen has the best intellectual capital efficiency performance.In addition,utilization efficiency of Pearl River Delta cities' intellectual capital is relatively high.This also reflects the "win-win" effect arising from cooperation between cities in the knowledge-based economy.
