| 摘 要： | 周学熙是我国近代华北工业的开创者,主持直隶工艺总局,促进了华北近代工业的崛起;创办周学熙资本集团,奠定了华北近代工业的基干;引导北洋军阀官僚投资近代工业,使天津迅速发展成为中国第二大工业城市。周学熙对近代华北社会的发展起到了重大促进作用。

| Abstract: | ZHOU Xue-xi initiated the industry of North China in modern times.He presided over Zhili Industrial Institute and promoted the industrial development there.He set up his Capital Collective to establish an economic system.He provoked the Northern Warlords to invest industry and made Tianjin the second biggest industrial city in China.ZHOU played a great role in the development of North China in modern times. |
