高校保卫干部胜任力提升的对策研究

随着高校安全管理工作的不断深入,如何建设一支高质量能够胜任学校安全工作的保卫干部队伍已日益成为社会各界关注的热点。本文在阐述已有胜任力模型的基础上,结合国内高校的具体情况,提出高校保卫干部可从建立合理的高校保卫干部管理机制,明确高校保卫干部的工作角色定位,构建基于胜任力的高校保卫干部学习与培训体系,加强高校保卫干部心理契约管理水平四种途径来提升胜任力。

Research on the Improvement of the Competence of Security Staff in Colleges and Universities

With the advance of the security management in colleges and universities,how to establish a competent security team has become an important topic.Drawing upon the previous research on competence model,taking into account the real situation of domestic colleges and universities,this paper suggests that there are four channels to improve security staff＇s competence,namely,establishing a reasonable management system,determining the role of security staff,establishing a competence-based learning and training system and enhancing psychological contract Management.
