| 摘 要： | 本实验采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法（ICP—AES）直接测定不同年龄段人发中钙的含量，方法简单，精密度好，准确度高。测定结果表明：人发中钙含量随年龄变化规律明显。这为研究人体钙水平变化规律的生物学机理提供了有力的实验数据。

| Abstract: | The calcium content in the hair of different age groups has been directly tested by ICP-AES.This method is simple,precise and accurate.The test result demonstrated that the calcium content in human hair changed regularly with age.This research provided convincing proof for studying the regularity of human's hair calcium content. |
