高职商务类人才培养模式探析

摘    要:高职商务类人才培养模式中存在专业定位太粗、培养目标不十分明确、实习的实际效果较差、任课教师的“双师”素质不高、外聘专业课教师明显不足、忽视服务意识的培养等问题。文章针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:The paper sets out to examine the training mode of business talents in higher vocational institutes.It points out that some of the problems in cultivation program of business talents are that the orientation of their business specialty is too broad;the objective of theoretic curriculum is not specific enough;the internship program is far from being effective.Most teachers of the business department don't have any experiences with business,while the contracted or visiting specialty teachers are not adequate.Moreover,little attention is paid to raising students' awareness of service.The paper proposes some countermeasures to these problems.
