| 摘 要： | 2006年武汉房地产市场在国家宏观调控下稳健发展,但同时也暴露出了一些问题。通过分析武汉市房地产市场存在的诸如房价上涨、经适房"搭便车"、房地产诚信危机等问题,认为武汉房地产市场应进一步加强宏观调控,完善市场运行机制,使武汉房地产市场朝着健康方向发展。

| Abstract: | The real estate market developed steadily in Wuhan under the macro-economic control of our country in 2006.At the same time,it also reveals some problems.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the real estate market,such as the rising of the housing price,the crisis of the estate credit.Our opinion is that the real estate market in Wuhan needs to strengthen the tactics of macro-economic control,perfect the market mechanism and lead the real estate market into an optimum trend. |
