| 摘 要： | 随着交叉学科、边缘学科的蓬勃发展，各高校出现了大批跨学科组织。现阶段，我国跨学科组织还处于起步阶段，表现形式多样，且发展程度不一。通过了解美国研究型大学跨学科组织的运行，学习其经验来促进我国跨学科组织的发展，本文从国家提供政策支撑、研究型大学的内部支持和跨学科组织自身建设三方面进行了探讨。
