| 摘 要： | 现行高职职业指导工作缺乏系统性和可操作性，与学校教育缺乏有效融合，使学校教育与职业岗位相脱节等，主要是因为高职院校对职业指导认识不够，大部分高职职业指导只停留在就业指导上。因此，要从各方面加强高职职业指导工作。
