| Abstract: | Nowadays,influenced by the conflict between dual roles,female intellectuals tend to bear more pressure in their profession and family life than male ones.This essay starts with an analysis of different manifestations of pressure,and then manages to reveal their social roots.It can help all circles of society to take some measures to alleviate female intellectuals' pressure and thus to provide a good platform for their development. |
