| 摘 要： | 在全面建设小康社会的新时期，历史的车轮已将我们载入信息社会时代。正是这种时代的背景和召唤，把知识分子推上了科技进步、知识创新、发展生产、繁荣经济、创造物质明的精神明和政治明、振兴中华的历史舞台，知识分子的地位得到了前所未有的提高，知识分子的地位和作用发生了历史性的转变，然而，政策的更新是知识分子地位提高的基础；地位的提高是知识分子发挥作用的关键；新时期统一战线是知识分子更好地发挥作用的保障。
