| 摘 要： | 一国的对外直接投资行为必须以本国的产业基础为约束,满足国内产业发展的内在需求.同时,通过国际直接投资产业选择的优化,不仅有利于提升一国的产业整体素质,还有利于增强国家的产业优势.从中国产业发展的现实状况出发,分析中国对外直接投资的市场需求、要素需求和结构需求.在此基础上,指出我国应优化对外直接投资的产业选择,以充分发挥其对我国产业发展的推动作用.
